THOMAS W. HALEY, JR. - CEO
Tom is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry. He founded Agilaire to respond to the need for professional supply chain management in the print and packaging sector. Prior to founding Agilaire, Tom held the position of Vice President of the Enterprise Systems group for iPrint Technologies, a venture-backed online printing company. During this time, he successfully executed strategic OEM deals with Oracle and PeopleSoft among others. Tom spent the previous 15 years as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Consolidated Publications (CPI) with locations in Silicon Valley and Dublin, Ireland. During his tenure at CPI, sales grew from $7MM to $38MM annually. Mr. Haley holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Santa Clara.
LAURA ROBERTS - Senior Sales Executive
Laura Roberts brings over 15 years of sales and account management experience to Agilaire. Prior to focusing on her current customer base at Agilaire, she spent eleven years with Bay Area based printing
company, George Lithograph. During her tenure
there she strategically developed and managed two world-wide documentation programs for Cisco Systems and Compaq Computer, grossing over $50 million dollars annually at their peak. These programs utilized one of the industries first distribute-and-print models, whereby technical documentation was manufactured regionally, yet managed locally. She holds a BS in Graphic Communications from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA.
PAUL MCDONALD - Senior Sales Executive
Paul McDonald has nearly 25 years of experience in the printing industry. Prior to joining Agilaire, Paul
spent 18 years with K/P Corporation managing the Levi Strauss account. Paul grew sales from $500,000 annually to over $7 million in his tenure, managing large nationally distributed projects. He oversaw the creation, production and distribution of price book materials, swatch book kits and related printed materials. Prior to K/P, he managed a wide array of Silicon Valley based companies. He holds a BA in English from the University of Santa Clara.
AMY CHO - Print Production Coordinator
Amy joined Agilaire with 6 years of production experience in the printing industry. Before joining Agilaire, Amy was the project coordinator at Alert Marketing, managing direct mail and sample box programs for pharmaceutical companies nationwide. Amy's experience also extends to pre-press, preparing files for print and freelance graphic design. Amy earned a B.S from Cal Poly, SLO with a degree in Graphic Communications concentrating in Design Technology.
RICK ARCA - Senior Production Manager
Rick has 16 years of production experience in the
printing industry. Prior to joining Agilaire in April 2004, Rick was the print production manager at Rutherford
Bolen Group Advertising and Design in Campbell for four years. He was responsible for managing all print and specialty item projects. Rick spent several years as a Prepress Supervisor for Consolidated Publications. His duties included developing and implementing the daily department schedule, troubleshooting jobs, addressing quality issues, and supervising employees over three shifts. Rick also has experience as a Production Coordinator for Smart's Publishing Group in San Mateo where he set production schedules,
managed vendors, and was responsible for the quality of all printed material. Rick's previous experience also includes working as a Production Artist for Stanford University. Rick earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology, concentration in Graphic Communications and Production Technology, from San Jose State University.
