THOMAS W. HALEY, JR. - CEO
Mr. Haley is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry. Currently Mr. Haley is the CEO of Agilaire, LLC, founded to respond to the need for professional supply chain management in the print and packaging sector. Prior to founding Agilaire, Mr. Haley held the position of Vice President of the Enterprise Systems group for iPrint Technologies, a venture-backed online printing company. During this time, he successfully executed strategic OEM deals with Oracle and PeopleSoft among others. Mr.Haley spent the previous 15 years as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Consolidated Publications (CPI) with locations in Silicon Valley and Dublin, Ireland. During his tenure at CPI, sales grew from $7MM to $38MM annually. Mr. Haley holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Santa Clara.

PAUL BUTZLER - Senior Project Manager
Paul Butzler joined Agilaire with a 30-year background in printing and project management. His distinguished career includes management positions with McGraw-Hill, Apple Computer, Harrah's Hotels and Casinos, Hewlett Packard and Pacific Bell Directory. Mr. Butzler has managed a multitude of products; multi-lingual software releases to scientific instrument catalogs. He's tackled assignments in Ireland, Singapore and Tokyo, assisting Apple and HP expand their manufacturing geographies. Paul spent the past three years with CDS Publications, constructing and managing a new fulfillment center and implementing customized online order processing systems. Mr. Butzler holds a B.A in Advertising from Michigan State University.
 

LAURA ROBERTS - Senior Sales Executive
Laura Roberts brings over 15 years of sales and account management experience to Agilaire. Prior to focusing on her current customer base at Agilaire, she spent eleven years with Bay Area based printing company, George Lithograph. During her tenure there she strategically developed and managed two world-wide documentation programs for Cisco Systems and Compaq Computer, grossing over $50 million dollars annually at their peak. These programs utilized one of the industries first distribute-and-print models, whereby technical documentation was manufactured regionally, yet managed locally. She holds a BS in Graphic Communications from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA.
 

PAUL MCDONALD - Senior Sales Executive
Paul McDonald has nearly 25 years of experience in the printing industry. Prior to joining Agilaire, Paul spent 18 years with K/P Corporation managing the Levi Strauss account. Paul grew sales from $500,000 annually to over $7 million in his tenure, managing large nationally distributed projects. He oversaw the creation, production and distribution of price book materials, swatch book kits and related printed materials. Prior to K/P, he managed a wide array of Silicon Valley based companies. He holds a BA in English from the University of Santa Clara.
 

TROY BUCHANAN - Senior Sales Executive
Troy Buchanan is a Senior Sales Executive at Agilaire, LLC, a world-class print and packaging logistics management company. Buchanan is responsible for packaging solutions, turn-key assembly projects, and large scale distribution programs. With 20 years of strategic sales experience, he is uniquely qualified to develop new business in the existing customer marketplace as well as grow new business in untapped vertical markets. Prior to joining Agilaire, Buchanan was instrumental in launching two startup companies in the computer hardware sector. He developed a worldwide sales and marketing plan for both of the startups, plus negotiated Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) deals for both. Buchanan has also managed distribution platforms for product lines, and created a sales program that earned $50MM in sales. In addition, he managed OEM sales in the telecommunications sector for 2 years, developing approximately $10MM in annual sales. Additionally, Buchanan has spent almost 10 years at various companies cultivating major OEM accounts such as: Oracle, Sybase, Intel, and Altera. Buchanan holds a B.S. in Marketing from San Diego State University.

BETH KEELAN - Controller
Beth has been in accounting and finance for over 20 years. She began her career with Private Financial Services (PFSC) as an account manager for high net worth clients. She transferred with PFSC to run their New York office and later became a programmer for Trecom Corporation. After Trecom, she moved back to the Bay Area and took a position in charge of operations and accounting at Montgomery Professional Services. She has been with Agilaire since 2004. She graduated in 1987 from San Francisco State University.

AMY CHO - Print Production Coordinator
Amy joined Agilaire with 6 years of production experience in the printing industry. Before joining Agilaire, Amy was the project coordinator at Alert Marketing, managing direct mail and sample box programs for pharmaceutical companies nationwide. Amy's experience also extends to pre-press, preparing files for print and freelance graphic design. Amy earned a B.S from Cal Poly, SLO with a degree in Graphic Communications concentrating in Design Technology.

RICK ARCA - Senior Production Manager
Rick has 16 years of production experience in the printing industry. Prior to joining Agilaire in April 2004, Rick was the print production manager at Rutherford Bolen Group Advertising and Design in Campbell for four years. He was responsible for managing all print and specialty item projects. Rick spent several years as a Prepress Supervisor for Consolidated Publications. His duties included developing and implementing the daily department schedule, troubleshooting jobs, addressing quality issues, and supervising employees over three shifts. Rick also has experience as a Production Coordinator for Smart's Publishing Group in San Mateo where he set production schedules, managed vendors, and was responsible for the quality of all printed material. Rick's previous experience also includes working as a Production Artist for Stanford University. Rick earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology, concentration in Graphic Communications and Production Technology, from San Jose State University.

LEE PITTS - Customer Service
Lee joined the Agilaire team with 9 years experience in the graphics and printing industry including sales, prepress, account management and customer support. Prior to assisting the customers of Agilaire, Lee provided support for iPrint Systems, lending assistance with website navigation, graphic editing and ordering. In addition to iPrint Systems, Lee established her printing background by working for several Bay Area print shops including BCT, S&D Printing and was the Custom Printing Coordinator for Kinko's. Lee attended Foothill College and earned an A.A. degree in Traditional and Electronic Photography under the study of Marion Paterson, protegé of Ansel Adams.
